against Judge Fisk. This is not the
first letter Spaugh has written to
parties recently, chargiug me with be
ing a "traitor" a "malicious falsi
fier" and with maliciously attacking
him and Dr Hendrix. The lact is that
all at once I have become quite a
maliciously inclined individual. To
attack malicious;' is to attack him
through malice. I do not bear malice
if I know what malice is against Judge
Fisk nor any mortal living. Hence
the assertion that I have attacked
Judge Fiak or any one maliciously Is
hlmply false. What I have said about
tlie action of the eouuty court has
been based on facts, which no one that
I have ever heard but Spaugh, say
was untrue, or which was malicious.
Tlie parties that I have attacked have
not even attempted to deny what
have alleged against them. And it
has remained for Mr Bpaugb, the
chairman of the state central com.

on the Jlrond Axe, and charge it with
all manner of malicious conduct in
what It has done; even defending the
head of the county court. Spaugh Is
an expert letter writer, and used with
in the last few days against myself and

ought to be damned forever," "Ma
