Jury Cases.
In the case of Wm. G. Allen, of
| this city, vs. the Weber-Bussell Can

In the case of C. P. Houston vs.

sixty days in which to prepare and
submit brief.
The case of Edwin VanVechten vs.

Mathes Co., to recover money, was ta
ken up this morning. This ease has

Clara Mathes Company Is a theatrical
aggregation which appeared in Eu
gene a number of years ago. Van
Vechten wps a member of the troupe
and sued the company while it was
here for about $400, alleged to be
due in wages. The evidence was In
troduced from depositions. The Jury
found a verdict for the plaintiff.
