That the name of the deceased Is believed by the Jury from evld nee given to have been Fred \V. John* son. 2. That the ago of the deceased was about 20 years. 3. That deceased was a white male person, probably of American birth. 4. His head was crushed, indicating that he had been murdered. Soon after the finding of the body Hamilton dis appeared and as he had been known to associate with Wallende he was. at once suspected of killing him. A big reward is offered for his arrest. CHURUS GIRL IND CHILD LEAVE FDR NEW YORK Mrs. Josie Wilson, the chorus girl In the "Coming Thro' the Rye" troupe, who gave birth to a child at the Eugene hospital two weeks ago. started today for her home In New York. The child was named Eugenia by its mother, who deeply appreciat ed the kindness shown her by the people of Eugene while she was in the hospital. She and the little girl were seen off on the train by a num ber of friends who had seen to it that she had money enough to take them back to New York, and that all of her expenses were paid at the hospital Mrs. Wilson asked the press to ex express to the people of the city of Eugene her gratitude for their inter est shown in her and for their kind nesses.
