I A petition to probate the will of Jshn Kizer, the pioneer who died at Thurston Sunday, August 25, was fil ed with the county clerk today by Fe- l.i Edward Whitaker, a nephew of the deceased. The estimated value of the property of the estate is $9000. The will provides that all of the prop erty, bot real and personal, shall go to his nephews. Felix Edward Whit tier and Frank Isaac Whitaker, and bis tieice, Minnie Nelland Whitaker, share and share alike, and that Fe ll: Edward Whitaker shall be his ex ecutor without bonds.
