The last chapter in the Leeper story is that tomorrow Ralph Leeper appears in Eugene to defeud his Laue county homestead , claim in a contest brought by N. E. Dean, a timber locator, in commis sioners’ court. From thia it would appear that the Leepera are carrying their part in the strenuous life. CARRIE ARRESTED.
