Mr» J M Gearhart died Tboreday
afternoon at 4:25 o clock at her bom«

years’ 11 loess from heart trouble.
The fuoeral was held this afternoon
at 8 o'd >ck »nd tbe remains were inter­
red in the Mulsey cemetery.
Mr» Gearhart was aged 52 yearn and
28 days. She waa born in Cooper
county, Mo, and waa the daughter of
J Band Julia A McPherson, long age de­
ceased. Mr and Mrs Gearhart came
across the plains In 1852, Ijnallng on
the farm where Mrs G-tarberl died.
Beeldes her devoted husband, the de­
ceased lsdy leaves one daughter, Mrs
Mary MeCollum, who resides Ove
miles west of town, and ons brother,
LF McPherson, both of whom were
with her at the time of death. Besides
these she leaves many warm friends
who deeply sympathize with the sor­
rowing hueband, daughter and brother.
