Dallas, in said county, offer for sale
to the highest bidder the following described
real property belonging to the estate of J. 8.
Frederick, deceased, to wit: The donation land
claim of J. 8. Frederick, decmaed, knewn as
notification No. 2266, and bounded and descrilied
as follows: Beginning st a point 15.20 chs.
east of the north-west corner of the south-west
quarter of Section 15, in T. 6 8. R. 5 W. thence
