In CHURCH NEWS - we aim to give information of the Suc cess of the Gospel, 1st, on the Pacific Coast, a« reported by brethren ; 2d, of the Cause Elsewhere as gleaned from onr exchanges. The people of this coast being from the Eastern States are always glad to learn of the Spread of the Truth there. A very important feature to those rearing families, is the __ _ __ FAMILY DEPARTMENT, where are given the choicest selections and contributions, such as are calculat ed to instill a love for the right, lead the young to Christ, teach the duties ol the members of families' to each other, &c. Miss Mary Stump, of literary fame, will give this department her special attention.
