for fishing in the Columbia river shall

States will be tested in the courts, it
is reported at Astoria. Attorneys have
been employed to bring court action,
but what the nature of the suit will
be has not been announced. It is un
derstood, however, that the constitu
tionality of the act will be attacked
on the ground that it is class legiala
ion.
