Mrs. Fred Olson is back from
a visit with her son Harold at
Vancouver, in Company L, and
with her sister-in-law, Miss Bon
nie Olsen at Wauconda. Mrs.
Olsen visited the soldiers in camp
and found most of them delight
ed with soldiering as far as they
haje seen it, although some are
dissatisfied.
Five pilgrims traveled over the
rough highway of the second de
gree of the Odd Fellows last
Monday night and emerged safe
ly, right side up with care. The
five were N. A. Baker, Frank
Moreland, Joe Clark, Oscar Zook
and E. E. Hiltibrand.
Howard Morlan is wearing a
pair of glasses now as the result
of a visit to a specialist in Port
land last week.
