The President of the United States, his cabinet, representa tives of foreign governments at Washington, crowned heads of Europe, governors of all states and senators and representatives have been invited to be present. The event is to take place at Multnomah Falls. Since there will be hundreds of automobiles on the highway June 7, arrange ments have been made to have the Oregon National Guard police the roadwav. The Portland Chamber of Commerce has insti , tuted a clean-up campaign and in connection with this is offering prizes for the best appearing; ; farm houses along county roads i leading to the highway proper. I Special trains will make trips , between Portland and Multnomah falls to carry festival visitors to and from the dedication. The ' ceremonies will take place at 2 p. m.
