At ten-thirty the company dis banded, wishing their hosts many happy returns of the day. Entertained Friend Mrs. Alva Craven entertained a number of friends in a very de lightful manner a few days ago, in honor of her house guest, Miss Gwendolyn Dicken. A profusion of fragrant wild roses embellished the rooms in a colorful and re freshing way, and each of the daintilyappointed luncheon tables was centered with sprays of the same delightful decoration. The very enjoyable social after noon was interspersed with a number of musical selections, splendidly rendered by Mrs. Charles Liipfert and Mrs. Maurice Butler. Those present, in addition to the hostess and Miss Dicken, were Mrs. Nettie Boche, Mrs. F. R. Mowersox, Mrs. Maurice But ler, Mrs. Allen Clark, Miss Cook. Mrs. Willard Craven, Misses Ar milda and Paradine Doughty, Mrs. L. P. Gilmore. Mrs. J. 0. Matthis, Mrs. Ernest Riddle, Miss Rees and Mrs. Charles Liipfert.
