She was brought down by Cap tain 0. S. Wickland, of the Point Adams Station, and his engineer Leonard Pearsons, and Captain Stuart, of this station. The boat left the lightship yesterday morn ing at 9 o'clock, making the trip in 12 hours. The new craft is the finest of the self-righting power-boat type on the coast, is equipped with the latest life-saving appliances in the service, is 36 feet long and has a 40-horsepower engine and a speed of 10 knots per hour.
