Mrs. Riley Craven, President
of the Dallas Womans Club, was
entertained by the Social Hour
Club at the home of Mrs. H. C.
Ostien Wednesday afternoon.
About 18 members were present
and enjoyed a very interesting
talk given by Mrs. Craven her
subject being the work which
the Womans Club is doing. De
licious refreshments were served
by the hostess.

teacher's Associations organized :
in the county during the month,
also many Boys and Girls Indus
trial Clubs. i
The School Officers' Conven-!
tion which was held December:
20th, was one of the best attend
ed and most successful we have
ever held.
Pennants for the Standard
Schools have arrived and have
been awarded Buena Vista, North
Dallas, Antioch. Guthrie, Green
Wood, Orchards. Mountainview,
and Lewisvillle.
