Commissioners' Court January 1911 Term In the matter of the partition to locate a new school district to be known as Joint District No. 70, with Yomhill County; ordered that the matter be continued for further hearing to the May term of court. In the matter in the change in boundaries of School Districts Nos. 35 and 40; petition granted.
