This advertised list of delinquent taxes for the year 1911 is In pursu ance of an act of the State IRlsla ture, which is embodied in Chapter 275 of the General Imws of the 1011 Session. The taxes on the following adver tised real property became delin quent on April 1, 6 o'clock P. M., 1912, and are subject to a penalty of 10 per cent, and interest at the rate of 12 per cent, per annum until they shall have been paid. Any day after the expiration of six months, after the taxes charged against the following real property are delinquent, tne snertrr is author ized, upon demand of any person making application, to issue to them a certlllcate of delinquency upon the payment of the taxes, penalty, inter est and cost of advertising.
