A. Lester Barnhart will teach, butj, he is not decided on a location for the winter. Miss Addle Boydston has plans which conllict with her teaching nexti. winter. Of the High School graduates, Mis3 Olive Coulter will probably attend the Oregon Agricultural College next year, where she will take up a do mestic science course. CONTRACT IS ANNULLED Oregon Road Oiling; Company Notified Nothing Doing on Dullas Streets. Owing to the dilatoriness of the Oregon Road Oiling compa ny, to whom was awarded a contract for oiling the streets of the city, it is probable that the contract will be cancelled and the company notified to that effect. The contract provided, it is said, that the work must be begun by June 15 and complet ed by June 25. and In a letter written the company the first of the week by City Recorder G ree- ory. under instructions from the council, the company was notified that work must begin by June 20. The recent heavy rains have placed the streets in such condition that the work could not possibly be completed by the date provided In the contract and, as the season is well advanced, it has been thought best to annul all nego tiations for this year. It is now well known that not more than one case of rheumatism in ten requires any internal treatment whatever. All that is needed is a free application of Chamberlain's Lini ment and massaging the parts at each implication. Try it and see how quickly it will relieve the pain and soreness. Sold by all dealers. 11. Lee Wood and C. R. Matthews, prominent business men of the Amity district, were Dallas visitors Monday. Kach age of our lives has its joys. 'Id people should be happy, and th.y will be if Chamberlain's Tablets are taken to strengthen the diges tion and keep the bowels regular.
