Boy Painfully Injured.
Herrio McNulty, the 6 year-old sou
of Mike McNulty, a prosperous fruit
farmer of Tolk Station, wag painfully
injured by falling from the upper
floor of big father's parn' Wednesday
afternoon. The child struck on the
side of bis face and the force of the
fall caused hi it! to bite his tongue
almost off. Drs. McCalloo and Boll
man were summoned from Dallas and
the boy's Injuries were attended to at
once, it being necessary to take several
stitches in his tongue. It is thought
that he will fully recover, and will
suffer no permanent inconvenience
from his rather unusual injury.

A Sustaining: Diet.
These are tbeenervating days, when,
as somebody has said, men drop by
the sunstroke as if the Day of Fire
had dawned. Tbey are fraught with
danger to people whose systems are
poorly sustained ; and this leads us to
say, in the interest of the less robust
of our readers, 'that the full effect of

gest the propriety of calling this medi
cine something besides a blood purifier
and tonic, say, a sustaining diet. It
makes it much easier to bear the beat,
assures refreshing sleep, and will
without any doubt avert much sick
cess at this time of year.
