The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Marys Peak Field Office proposes to con- struct an additional 900 feet of road in support of the Cedar Ridge timber sale. The Determi- nation of NEPA Adequacy and Decision Record are available on the internet at https://eplan- ning.blm.gov. The decision to implement this forest management project may be protested under 43 CFR Subpart 5003 - Administrative Remedies.
