Over half are below a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) of 75 (good condi- tion). Of those, two-thirds are at a PCI of 40 or less (poor/very poor condition). Revenue to repair streets comes from state and federal sources. The City has deter- mined current funding is in- sufficient to repair the condi- tion of most streets.
