Neither have the democrats any candidates for justice of the peace, constable or precinct committee men, except at Cottage Grove, where Alta II. King is candidate for justice of the peace. The democrats will have to fill out the blanks ou the ballots with the names of those for whom they wish to vote, and the man who has the most votes for any office will Ire declared the uominee and his name wilt go on the ballots at the election iu November.
