It pays.” The postoffice department has decided that children going to and from school shall not be allowed to get their pareut’s mail, so do not blame the postmaster if your chil dren are refused the mail. The postoffice habit among the chil dren has become a nuisance both to the public and the i»stmaster, and the department has done wisely in making this decision.
