E- Ilammersley came up from Port land Saturday with a warrant for the arrest of Percy Morse, a young man living at Creswetl, who is charged with some violation of the United States postal laws. Mr. Ilainmersly drove to Creswell in the morning and brought the young man to Eugene where he- was taken before United States Commissioner George B.
