A lively basket ball game was
played between Cottage Grove and
Drain Friday evening at Drain, re
sulting in a score of 17 to 9 in favor
of the local team. The Drain boys
put up a pretty good game, but
were outclassed by the local team.

Lou McCoy and a small force of
men have been busy some days
past moving his portable sawmill
from the Lee place at Divide over
