It is proposed to bond that part of l.ane county lying west of the coast range of mountains for, say twenty or forty years, and use the money thus raised in building jetties at the mouth of the river. It is thought by the promoters that $100,1100 can I k 1 raised in this way and with this sum considerable of a start can be made toward constructing the jetty.
