IT HAPPENED IN A DRUG STORE. "One day last winter a lady came to my drug store and nsked for a brand of cough medicine that I did not hnve in stock," says Mr. C. U. Grandin, the popular druggist of Ontario, N. Y."She was disappointed and wanted to know what cough preparation I could recom mend. I said to her that I could freely recommend Chamberlain's Cough Remedy and that she could take a bottle of the remedy and after giving it a fair trial if she did not find it worth the money to bring back the bottle and I would refund the price paid. In the courso of a day or two the lady came hack in company with a friend in need of a cough medicine and advised her to buy a bottle of Chamberlain's Cougl Remedy." It is for sale by Benson Dbuo Co., Cottage Grove. Lyons ct Aitleoate, Drain Druggistp. DIVIDE ITEMS. BOHEMIA POTATOES. Away up in the high altitude of the Bohemia hills where rocks and gravel abound and soil is mighty thin and scarce, one would not im ngine that fine potatoes could be grown, but such is the case. An drew Land, one of the owners ot the Mineral King Company, who has been working on the property all summer, has a cnbiu on Horse' heaven creek, nboitt three miles be low the Noonday mill, and around it is a little garden patch in which he made experiments with various. vegetables. The potatoes he set out thrived well and the samples he brought to this office are a wonder when you think of the difficulties under which they grew. They are the Burbank, Early Rose and Pink eye and they are indeed fair to look upon. A THOUSAND TONGUES Could not express the rapture, of Annie E. Springer, of Philadelphia, when Dr. King's New Discovery cured her of a hacking cough that for many years had made life a burden. She says: After nil other remedies and doctors failed it noon removed the pain in mv chest and I can now sleep soundly, something I can scarcely remembei loing before. I feel like sounding its praises throughout the Universe." Dr. King's New Discovery is guaranteed to cure all troubles of the Throat, Chest Lungs. Price 50c and 1.00. t uaranteed. Trial bottles" free at Benson Dnua Co., Drug Store. BISMARCK'S IRON NERVE Was the result of his splendid health.
