port at Middlefield Oaks

ory Care. The arrestee was
taken into custody after
Cottage Grove Police re-
sponded to a report of a
sexual assault which had
occurred

(Sexual Assault Nurse Ex-
aminer) exam was com-
pleted and probable cause
was established for the ar-
rest of the individual, who
was taken into custody and
lodged at the Lane County
Jail. It was not made clear
what the arrestee’s relation-
ship is to the assisted living
center. Middlefield Oaks
was restricted by HIPAA
law from commenting on
the matter.
Effluent reuse piping arrives
Last week, 1,960 feet
of purple treated effluent
reuse pipe arrived at Cot-
tage Grove’s City Shop.
The city’s utility crew
will be working on in-
stalling the new pipe to
transfer reuse water from
the Wastewater Treat-
ment Plant down Doug-
las Avenue to Trailhead
Park.
