Lane County Cultural Coalition announces 2021 grant recipients The Lane County Cul- tural Coalition has an- nounced its 2021 Cul- tural Opportunity Grant awardees. The grants, totaling over $35,000, support significant arts, heritage, and humanities projects throughout the county, helping to preserve and enhance the area’s vi- brant cultural life. This year, 15 awardees received grant amounts ranging from $1,900 to $2,500. The Lane County Co- alition is the local arm of the Oregon Cultural Trust. Unique to Ore- gon, the trust model al- lows donors to double the impact of their giving through an innovative state matching program. Annually, the trust allots funds to all 36 counties and 9 federally recognized tribes in the state.
