2C COTTAGE GROVE SENTINEL November 22, 2017 What I'm Thankful for.... Brought to you by local 5th grade students I am thankful for my friends. I am more then glad for my parents. I am grateful for my cleats, I am glad for my ball. I am appreciative that I can practice alday everyday. I am lucky to know so many great people in my life. I am lucky for my motivation and effort. I am more then pleased to have these opportunities that I get. I am thankful for Thanksgiving. Some of the things my family has are green beans ham, double eggs and of course the turkey. From Tristyn Burnes I am thankful for my family and friends because, they care about me. I'm happy that I got a kitten because, I love her very much. I'm glad that I have a funny and nice teacher because, she makes me laugh. I'm lucky I have a home to live in because, it's very cold outside. I'm grate- ful for my life. I'm thankful for my mom and dad because, not everyone has parents. I'm thank- ful for clotes and blankets be- cause, they keep me warm. From Darla R. I am thankful for my clothes and a roof over my head at night. I am also grateful for family, freinds and the food I eat at the dinner table. I am thankful for all the things I get like go- ing to the races with my freinds. I am grateful for the time I get to play sports. And thankful for the opportunities I get to travel to other states. I am grateful for a home that I live at. From Kellan S. I am thankful for my family because they are nice to me. I'm lucky to have my friends because when I am bored they will be there for me. I'm happy for God because he created me. I'm greatful to play football and have the chance to play sports they are so fun. I'm lucky to have my cousins because they are fun to play with. I'm thank- ful for the holidays because I meet up with family and have a great time. I'm greatful for my life because I get to do alot of fun things. From Chandler I am thankful for my mom for making dinner every night and doing the dishes and the laun- dry. I am also thankful for my dad for going to work and get- ting money for clothes food and bills. I am happy for my broth- ers for keeping me company and playing with me. From Bryce A. I am thankful for my aunt for getting to be master cheif in the Navy She fi rst joind the Navy Seals when she was 17 years old So that means she was in there for 17 years that means she's in charge of her base at the Navy Seals and that means she's in charge of the men and the head- quarters. From Douglas B. I am thankful for my family because they are really nice to me. I am happy to have cousins because I like playing games with them. I am grateful to have a teacher so I can learn. I am proud to have music because I like to listen to music. I am thankful for my friends because they always help me. I am grate- ful to have a pet fi sh because I like to feed her. I am so happy to have a pencil so I can write. I am lucky to have paper so I can write and color. I am proud to have books because I like to read. I am lucky to have food because I like to eat. From Aylis I am thankful for my fam- ily. My mom and dad work so hard for me and my siblings. My mom works everyday to get money, she's a nurse. My dad stays home because he dosn't really work any more. Anyway he stays home and works super hard to make dinner, be home when me and my sister do, and to pick up my brothers. My mom usaully comes home at 9:00 or 12:00, she gets goes to work at 5:00 or 7:00. My mom and dad don't really get any sleep. I miss my mom, cause she works so much. I love my family. From Rylan L. I am thankful for my family because I get to spend my fa- vorite holidays with them. I am happy to have a house to live in. I am thankful for all the food I eat. I am grateful for my cloths and bed. I am grateful for my friends I am so glad to have a room inside a house I am so happy to have a dog and 2 cats. I am so happy for everything I have! From Kylee C. I give my thanks to have electronics. I give my thanks for having vehicles and transporta- tion. The reason i am thankful is cause it helps us survive. From Waylon I am thankful for my family because they are kind and they love me and food because if I didnt have food I be dead and clothes because I dont wan't to not have clothes and my pets because my Pets love me and friends because they can come over to my house so I won't be bored and a house because if I didn't live in a house I would get very cold at night and books because if I didn't get books I wouldn't know how to read and I wouldnt get any of my home work done and my grandprants because if I didnt have my grandprants I wouldn't have my stepdad. I am gratefull for the best teacher ever because she is nice to me and every one else and electronics so when we go on road trips I have something to entertain me and cousin because it is always fun to see them. and school so we can learn and dirt bikes to entertain me when I am bored and a trampoline to learn tricks on and a sand box so we can have fun building stuff and a pool so when its hot outside we can cool down and god be- cause if we didn't have god we wouldn't be alive right now from Shaelyne T. I am thankful for a lot. I am amazed for life and many more things. like my friends because if i diden't have any friends I would be lonly. My family is one of the most important things in my life because if i diden't have a fam- ily i wouldent have any one to spend time with on holidays. I'm greatful for my teacher because she is teaching me so much. I am happy I have so many animals I have. Goats, Dogs, Cats, bunnies, chickens, all my pets. Im lucky I have food water to eat and drink. I am so thankful for God i wouldn't have any thing if it weren't for God. From Nathin L. I am thankful for God, and my parents. God because he let's us have a house, clothes, and food. He also made us live. My parents because they are kind to me, they buy food to eat, they buy clothes, and they help me when I'm stuck on a math problems also because they love me and I love them back.
