CHAMBER NEWSLETTER
Our Mission: Th e Cottage Grove Area Chamber of Commerce promotes economic vitality through
advocacy and collaboration with its members and the larger community.
Director’s Note
With much sadness, we are canceling this Wednesday’s Concert in the Park featuring
Cowboy Cadillac. Th e National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat
Warning and we consulted with numerous sources including a senior offi cial at Lane
County Public Health. Th e safe call is to cancel the show and encourage people
to hydrate and stay as cool as possible. I want to thank our Supporting Sponsors;
Emerald People’s Utility District as well as Cascade Home Center for their complete
support of this diffi cult decision.
We hope that you have enjoyed at least a few of the many wonderful activities
and events that take place in Cottage Grove each summer. What can I say about
summers in Cottage Grove? Th ey
are simply spectacular! Since there
aren’t enough words to express
the experiences someone can have
here during the summer, I thought
sharing a few pictures would be a
better way to tell our story…
