POTTED PLANTS must have been in the possession of the exhibitor at least 90days prior to the Fair. 2. CUT FLOWERS must be grown by the exhibitor. 3. Fresh and/or dried plant material must be used for ARRANGEMENTS. It may be secured elsewhere, but the arranging MUST BE done by the exhibitor. 4. All worthy entries shall be accepted and classified.
