She was ac companied by her sister's two children, who will stay with their grandpareuts for awhile. George Mosby and Mildred Mosby, of Waldeu, were visitors at the John Mosby home Sunday. At the C. E. business meeting Friday evening Mrs. Annette Vaughn, Miss Henetta Teeters, Dale Veatch and Edwin Bedford were elected as dele gates to the state Christian Endeavor convention to be held at Salem thelast o f this month. Miss Louise Brown and Miss Rebecca Hales were elected as al ternate«. Last week the school children were engaged in taking their final mid year examinations. Monday is the begin ning of the second semester. Mr. James Bedford, Mr. Hugh Doo little, Mr. H. E. Prince, and Miran Yaughu were Grove visitors Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Hands and daught er. Edna of Cottage Grove, and Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Hands, of Mount View, spent Saturday visiting at the Elliott home. , Miss Trysta Martin, o f Cottage Grove, spent the week end visiting at the home of her uncle and aunt, Mr. aud Mrs. James Bedford. Little Stella Prince was unable to at tend achool laat week on account of sickness. Mr. and Mre. B. F. Negley returned home Saturday from an extended visit with their children at Boseburg. Prof. K.
