He manages the youngsters o f the Mi nerva dist-ict where others have found them unmanageable. He is 20 years old and looks less. The superintendent BLACKSMITHS o f Lane has had no complaints from Minerva since Guy Frum, Lebanon, went onto the job last September. Mr. Frum finished high school at Iyebanon last June.
