Mr Seitz prophesies that a number o f big timber deals will take place in the Cascade Forest in the near future. * Within a 15 mile circle around IM P E R IA L there are now several hundred prosperous farmers raising enormous crops o f wheat, rye, barley, oats, potatoes, vegetables, etc. Poultry raising is also highly successful. Three large stock ranches, owning several thousand horses and cattle are also in this circle. IM P E R IA L is now the trading point and will soon be the shipping point (the rail roads are now building) for the products from thousands of acres surrounding it.
