wing to the Hoffman bridge on Middle
Fork of Coquille river until 2 o’clock p.
m., Saturday the 20th day of August,
1904.
Said wing to be constructed in the
following manner, to-wit: Beginning
at the East end of the pier of said
bridge on the South side of said river,
running in a South-Easterly direction
344 feet to an alder tree marked “ X,”
near the top of bank, the piling to tie of
white cedar not less than 7 inches in
diameter at the small end, to be driven
8 feet apart and at least 3 feet below the
river lied, the piles to lie capped on a
level with pier of said bridg, witli 8x10
inch caps and planked with 2x12 inch
planks, said planks to be spiked to piles
with 00 d spikes in end of each plank
where same rests on pile, the space be
