MANAGER Premium List Wallowa County Fair Week Beginnlne September 26, 1910 RULES AND REGULATIONS. ' 1. The fair grounds will be open to the public on Monday, September 26th, and no admission fee will be charged, in order that exhibitors may enter and install their goods, articles, or animals. All articles or ani mals entered for competition must be Installed by Tuesday noon. If not so installed such articles or animals will not be judged. 2. No article or animal shall be allowed to compete -for more than one premium, ( except those . articles comprising the collective exhibits representing the dif ferent districts of the county. , Except, also, such animals as are entered in the sweepstakes class) nor shall any article or animal be withdrawn before noon of the last day of the fair, unless by special permit of the executive committee. . 3. A premium shall not be awarded if the article or animal be deemed unworthy, though there be no com petition. 4. No entry fee will be charged for exhibits and all premiums will be paid in full. 5. Exhibitors will at all times give the necessary and personal attention to whatever they may have on . exhibition. The executive committee will use every precaution in their power for the safe preservation of all articles on exhibition, but will not be responsible for loss or damage. . 6. The following rates of admission will be charged Men's day ticket, $ .50 Women's day ticket,' - , ' .25 . Day ticket for each person between ten and fif teen years, .25 Boys and girls under ten years, when accompan ied by adults, free. 7. No free admissions will be given, (except as above), except to those having actual charge of exhib its of live stock or poultry. 8. The management of the fair is in the hands of ' the executive committee and such rules, governing its conduct, as may be imposed by the committee will be rigidly enforced. The committee will see that accomo dations for visitors, exhibitors, and stock are furnished at reasonable prices. i For concessions and privileges, and for any other information, write the secretary. - . SALE EACH DAY The Committee desires to announce that it has ar ranged to conduct an auction sale of live stock on fair grounds each day of the fair. Corrals and other accomodations for the handling of the stock will be provided, as will the services of auctioneer! and an expert clerical force. Parties having horses, cattle, or other live stock to sell will find it to their interest to correspond with the committee in regard to terms, etc. Attention is called to the fact that the North End Fair will be held at Flora, on Thursday and Friday, September 22nd and 23rd.
