$ Mr. Renter, Why Pay For Someon-
Else's Home?

When you pay rent you pay for a house and when you
get it all paid for, your landlord still owns it. When
you pay monthly installments on a house and lot that
you bought of us, when it is paid for, YOU OWN IT.
See the Difference?
to be Built this Fall
Besides the score of houses already built this year and
the many now building, there are a score to be erected
this fall. Is one of them Yours?
If not, why not? You can have one if you want it.
If you have just a little mon -y we will sell you a lot
and build you a house to suit you and you can pay
the balance monthly just like rent only you are
paying for your own home.
Enterprise's Growth Will Make You
Prosperous
Enterprise will have 5000 population in 5 j-ears. Our
$100 lots will then be worth $500. Don't you see you
not only save rent but also profit by the advance in
values? Come in and figure with us on the Proposi
tion. The only way to become independent is to save
mone-, and the fastest as well as the surest way to
save' money is to invest in real estate in a rapidly
growing town like Enterprise.
Mr. Ranchman or Stockman:
You will want to live in Enterprise this winter that your children may attend school, yet live at home. Why not let us build you a
house? You can rent it during the summer. It is a good i rvestment. Our lots in A!cer View and Boyd's Addition have the advantage
of location, soil and good neighborhood. Let us show them to yo a.
