De lightful refreshment were served at 12:30 o'clock, which were partaken of heartily. Mr. and Mrs. MeFet ridge entertained charmingly. The ones who enjoyed these young folks' hospitality were glad that it 'was not until approaching dawn that the dance broke up, when they de parted for their various homes. Mr. Fred McFetrldge la remodeling his house and building a new barn, and It has be?n reported that he Is thinking of entering Into the state of welded bliss. The basket social which was given at the Pratt suhoblhouse last Friday night was a very pleasing affair, and the program rendered by the pupil of that school was highly ap preciated. The singing and speaking was very good Indeed, and the teach er, Mr. Tucker, very clever Im personator. The proceed of the sale of the basket will go to help build a tower In which the bell is to hang. The baskets were bid on very liberally.
