R. 4 N. has1 been established and the eanx will be known as the La Grande Freight and Pasienger District, says e Star. The district will include he main line from Pendleton to Huntington and the Wallowa branch. "Jack" O'Neill, who for a numbei it years has been the assistant puss anger agent of the O. R. & N., has been placed in charge of this dis trict and his title will be that oi Assistant Freight and Passengaff Ageat. His headquarters will be at Lot Grande.
