The inquest was first set for yesterdny nioriiliiB ut 10::)0, then potsponcd to 3 o'clock in the afternoon on account of Prosecuting Attorney Roberts be ing too busy to get over. He was ufl nble to come ut that hour, however, fo it was postponed again until this morning. As the prosecuting attor ney could not get here then, Coroner Teil heard the evidence himself. The jury found on hearing the evi dence that Lloyd Cordoza came to his death by the accidental discharge of a gun in the hands of Frank C. O Kelley. Mr. O'Kelley was present and told a straightforward story. Ac cording to the evidence Mr. O'Kelley had gone to the Cordoza ranch Sun day and had taken along his gun. This he hnd leaned ngainst a tree, when he saw some young boys play ing near it. Thinking it unsafe for a loaded gun to he in the proximity of young boys, he started to with draw the shells, when In some man ner the gun was accidentally dis charged, a btillet striking the Cordoza boy, causing death. Those serving on the Jury were A. McMillin, K. E. Miller, Webster Wertz, E. F. Smith, E. J. Farlow and W. SI. Barber. , Sheriff Terrill received word Sat urday from Los Angeles that Goldie Attott and H. A. Covey of Medford had been arrested in the California city for alleged violation of the Mann net.
