In a little more than two months, the people of die state will be required to cast their bal lots ou the measures and we wonder how many will he able to do so intelligently. An intelligent vote would be cast' by a pferapn who.has a perfect' knowledge.of. all of those questions on which he is giving his preference. In the Pleasures coming up will be many concerned with parts of the .state, yet tlje entire state will vote on them.
