being brought in.
I t is the hope of those fos­
tering the reorganisation more

by-laws and constitution, and
the lowering of the membership
fees, new blood will be brought

bring it out of the lethargic con
ditloa in which it has remained

A t the present time, a yearly

earlier years of the association

of Chautauqua event* yearly,
these rates were very reasonable,
the members claim, but new.

out members who would aid in
building up the association.
Three weeks ago the annual

there were not enough members
to form a quorum present, and
the meeting was adjourned, to be

the meeting was called to or­
der last night, It was found
that Just enough members for
a quorum were; present.

Mrs. Gordon MacCracken. presi­

MacCracken declared today that
the good weather ot this year
has kept the flower gardens in
this city in splendid condition,
and that many flower growers
have already signified th e ir. In­
tentions of entering bwjoms in
the show.
