I t is the hope of those fos tering the reorganisation more that with the changing of the by-laws and constitution, and the lowering of the membership fees, new blood will be brought Into the organization, which will bring it out of the lethargic con ditloa in which it has remained far several years. A t the present time, a yearly membership is sold for >1 9/ a ten year membership for »25 and a life membership- in the association for 9190. During the earlier years of the association when the' organisation was vary active, putting o n ' a program of Chautauqua event* yearly, these rates were very reasonable, the members claim, but new. with , the organisation practically inactive, it is felt that the rates are loo high, and ary keeping out members who would aid in building up the association. Three weeks ago the annual neating df .the association was e a lla l. but on the meeting night, there were not enough members to form a quorum present, and the meeting was adjourned, to be called fbr last night.
