Hartman, of Portland, and formerly
interested In land development in
eastern Oregon. Mr. and Mrs. Hart­
man are now looking for a house,
Intending to make their permanent
home in Ashland. F. C. Stevens,
former owner of the cafe, will re-
main in Ashland but will not engage
¡n any business for at least a month,
