Bond Street from the west line of 42d
street to the west line of 45th street,
all In the City of Astodla, as laid out
ind recorded by John Adulr, by grad

such part of Said street that is to be

It Was PlokeJ Up on First Street This
Morning. .
Ait an early hour this morning a pa
trolman on Bond street found on the
sidewalk near Tenth street, a letter
containing some Important Information
to the party to whom It was addressed.
As there was no envelope with the
letter, and the residence of the person
was not given, the Astorlan has been
requested to publish It in the hope
thait any one Interested many see It
and thus take advantage of the Infor
mation. The letter 4s as follows:

said street with 36th street to and in
clusive of the crossing with 38th street,
at elevations above the rase of grades
for the city of Astoria, as established
by Ordinance No. 71, entitled, "An Or
dinance establishing a base of grades
for the streets of the city of Astoria,
as follows, to-wit.:
