Ait an early hour this morning a pa trolman on Bond street found on the sidewalk near Tenth street, a letter containing some Important Information to the party to whom It was addressed. As there was no envelope with the letter, and the residence of the person was not given, the Astorlan has been requested to publish It in the hope thait any one Interested many see It and thus take advantage of the Infor mation.
