OBITUARIES
RHODES—Renee Ra-

be with our Lord Jesus on
June 12, 2020.
She was at home with
her mother, Linda, and
her stepfa-
ther, Jerry
Quesnel.
Renee was
born March

in
Escon-
dido,
Ca-
lif. Renee’s
R e n e e Downs Syn-
Rhodes
drome nev-
er stopped
her from living life to the
fullest. Her joy and love for
people were pure and made
others feel special.
Her passions were her
family, music, dancing,
making ceramics, trav-
eling, cruises, TV game
shows and puzzles.
For the past 50 years, Re-
nee was part of establish-
ing school programs, work
programs, changes in the
law for the disabled, and
educating society that peo-
ple born different are vital,
loving and contributing in-
dividuals to society.
Renee was the finest in-
dividual I have ever known.
We will miss your great
smile, our Sunshine Hum-
mingbird.
