her sister, Charlene (Ira)
“Buddy” Lossett; and her
daughter Robyne’s hus-
band, Cliff.
Sue is survived by her
brothers: Matt (Pat) Dear-
man and James “June”
Dearman; her children:
Debra Lindsey, Greg (Na-
dine) Lindsey, Ken Lind-
sey, Robyne Hensley and
Linda Lindsey; many
nieces and nephews; nine
grandchildren and 13
great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life
will be held at the Maple-
ton Evangelical Church on
Saturday, July 13, at 1 p.m.

Lane County Sheriff ’s
Office Marine Patrol
deputies, in partnership
with the National Asso-
ciation of State Boating
Law Administrators and
the U.S. Coast Guard,
will be participating in
the “Operation Dry Wa-
ter” heightened aware-
ness and enforcement
weekend from July 5 to 7.
Operation Dry Water is
a boating-under-the-in-
fluence awareness and
enforcement campaign
to reduce the number of
alcohol- and drug-relat-
ed crashes and fatalities
related to recreational
boating.
The Lane County
Sheriff ’s Office will be on
the lookout for impaired
boaters with a priority to
remove dangerous and
impaired boaters from
the waterways.
The Lane County
Sheriff ’s Office reminds
boaters to always boat so-
ber and wear a life jacket
when on the water.
