Dr. Ruth Miller will lead the Florence Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (FUUF) service. Her message is titled “The One Mind of Humanity.” In his essay “History,” Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “There is one mind common to all hu- manity and every man is an inlet and an outlet to the same.” Miller has been fascinated by this statement for a couple decades now and will explore questions on what Emerson’s words mean in practical terms and what they mean for us to- day. The fellowship is located at 87738 Highway 101 at Heceta Beach Road and is wheelchair accessible. Each service con- cludes with refreshments and a dialogue circle to explore the questions that come up during each worship service. For more information, visit www.florenceuuf.org.
