Mr. Dodson was going to be retiring so the band played for him in the mall as a going away. WHAT IS THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU’VE RECEIVED? The best piece of advice I’ve ever received would be to never give up and push through even the hardest of situations. WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER GRADUATION? After graduation I plan to attend Lane Community College and receive my degrees in accounting and business. WHAT ARE YOUR HOPES, DREAMS AND ASPIRATIONS? My Hopes are to become a certifi ed personal accountant and open up my own accounting business. GOOD ADVICE FOR UNDERCLASSMEN: Don’t mess up your fi rst couple years of high school because it will be ten times harder to turn it around for a better GPA. I hope to get my Associates degree of applied science and either open up my own bakery or work in a bakery. GOOD ADVICE FOR UNDERCLASSMEN: If you have a job while in school make sure you’re putting school fi rst and time manage. WHAT IS THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU’VE RECEIVED? Keep up on your work, but don’t overwork yourself. WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER GRADUATION? Take a gap year, go to a community college in Oregon, and then transfer after two years. WHAT ARE YOUR HOPES, DREAMS AND ASPIRATIONS? To be happy, no matter what I choose to do. WHAT IS THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU’VE RECEIVED? The best advice I have ever received was to work on everything important fi rst and truly understand the subject, I was in advanced math and I always prioritized my math homework over anything else. WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER GRADUATION? I plan to register to the University of Oregon for Computer and Information science, I always enjoyed working with computers and I love the UO Campus. WHAT ARE YOUR HOPES, DREAMS AND ASPIRATIONS? I’m still not sure about exactly what I want to do other than work with computers, I am not even sure what kind of computer work I want to do. GOOD ADVICE FOR UNDERCLASSMEN: Okay, this would have saved me lots of headaches, tears and suffering. Don’t worry about things you can’t change, try to improve yourself in other ways. If you got a D on that exam and you can’t make it up, make it up the next time, get an A, that will usually average a B. Also take a moment and relax, school sometimes sucks but it is worth it in the long run.
